STATES AUTHORIZED FOR DIRECT SHIPMENT
Due to state shipping laws and restrictions, Marine Layer Wines cannot ship to select states. We are currently unable to ship to AL, AR, CT, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MT, ND, NJ, NE, NH, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY

SHIPPING CARRIER
UPS Ground is Marine Layer Wines’ carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by UPS Ground at current market rates.

DAMAGED WINE SHIPMENTS
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, flawed, or damaged. If the original shipment was damaged we will happily replace the wines at no additional cost to you. 

RECALLED AND REROUTED SHIPMENTS
A $20 fee will be applied to all recalled or rerouted orders. Reshipping fees will apply in the event that an order is returned.

SUMMER SHIPPING
We strongly recommend all orders to ship via Temperature Control or ice-pack during the warmer months (May-Oct). This will protect your wines from heat during transit. Temperature Control shipping via refrigerated truck picks up from our cellar every Friday and delivers to the hubs in the area prior to being placed on a truck for final mile of delivery. Orders must be submitted by Monday in order to be prepared for the weekly pick up. This service is unavailable on the west coast. We recommend shipping Ground with an ice-pack if you live in CA or on the west coast.
